SHIPPING


Where do you ship?

We currently ship across the United States and to select international destinations.

How long will my order take?

Each order is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before shipment.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing
  • Express shipping: 1–2 business days after processing

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by destination
  • Customs duties or import taxes are not included and may apply

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

Because all I DESERVE CHIC products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order is processed.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ideservechic.com and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review and replace any defective items as quickly as possible.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Can I personalize my item?

Yes — our custom snow globes and select pieces can include your name, brand, or phrase.

All custom items are final sale and cannot be changed once your order is confirmed.

Do you accept bulk or collaboration orders?

Yes — please reach out to press@ideservechic.com for brand collaborations, gifting programs, or volume orders.

GIFTING

Can I send an order as a gift?

Absolutely. All items come in our signature I DESERVE CHIC packaging, ready to gift.

You can also include a complimentary card or message by selecting “Add Gift Message” at checkout.

Do you offer gift sets?

Yes — our curated Gift Sets Collection is available seasonally and includes a selection of our most loved pieces.
